This is the debut release of socal's own Honest Abe. Originating from Riverside, CA, This youthful two-piece delivers nothing short of greatness through song. Blending almost effortlessly a brand of raw, yet emotionally powerful waves of sound. Taking notes from Neutral Milk Hotel, AA Bondy, City and Colour to Leonard Cohen. HA wraps it all together with only a cello, acoustic guitar, smokey vocals and intersecting percussion. Recorded in a live session at Earth Capital Studios in LA. This is truly gem, do not sleep on Honest Abe.
